Wonderful experience, beautiful ship and crew

I wanted to take a moment to share what a truly wonderful experience we had with our recent cruise booking. The entire process of booking with Daniel from Regent was incredibly easy and his assistance with our pre-cruise stay in Rome, including the tours and restaurant bookings, was absolutely invaluable. Everything went so smoothly thanks to your help. Once aboard, the ship itself was beautiful, and the staff provided truly excellent service, consistently ensuring a pristine level of cleanliness throughout. Everyone on board was incredibly helpful, and we were particularly impressed by how seamlessly they managed our food allergies. Our cabin was also beautiful, and our hosts were incredible, ensuring timely laundry service and twice-daily cleaning. Room service was amazing, and being able to dine on our balcony at sunset was definitely a highlight of the trip. Another standout experience was the cooking classes—we both agree that this is an absolute must-do for future cruisers. All the restaurants on board offered great service, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere. Our personal favorite was Pacific Rim. We also really enjoyed having lunch on the deck by the pool; the staff were always so cheerful and the food was consistently tasty. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and it was a truly memorable experience.

Real value and top end all the way. True luxury.

I write this review in all honesty and objectivity. I typcially do not comment on the cruises I have taken because they are mostly unremarkable; basically average. The Regent Splendor is one their newer ships and is truly stunning in its beauty and thoughtful layout. So many things are included that one normally needs to pay extra for we were finding it nearly impossible to spend our on board cruise credits. My wife finally decided to purchase various perfumes on our final day. We had the penthouse suite which included a butler who was available for to answer any question or satisfy any desire we could think of - a true professional. We have domestic help at home and this fellow would be welcome at my home any time. The 3 specialty restaurants require reservations, but even when full he magically made a table appear just for us. The service is just that good. We traveled in early May and I would strongly recommend this time of year for anyone traveling in this heavily over touristed part of the world. Some ports are pretty small and there are many gigantic cruise ships with over 3,000 passengers each that arrive in the summer, several at once, and completely overwhelm ports like Santorini to the point that it is hard to move. Early May is beautiful spring weather while the weather is still mild with flowers in bloom and those who serve the tourist trade are still smiling.

Seven Seas Splendor April 20th

This cruise was really seamless! Truly enjoy the fact that everything is included so all we had to do was to enjoy our time! I was surprised by the amazing entertainment: quality in every aspect of the cruise! The food was amazing and my favorite restaurant was chartreuse! Or maybe Pacific Rim... well all restaurants were amazing and really enjoyed the dining room menu where you can eat lobster every night if you wat to! Was great to have fitness included to lose those extra pounds you may get because of the amazing food! But I have to say the highlight of my cruise was the incredible atmosphere: starting with the block party where you meet your neighbors! Everywhere you go people are extremely friendly, open to the discussion. Not pretentious what so ever! The crew were super friendly as well! Excellent service and very spacious ship! I was in a serenity suite which is very spacious and comfortable! 2 sinks, a shower and a tub! I really wanted to spoil my mom with this cruise and we will cherish those moments for ever! I will book Regent again!
