Crazy Cruising Couple
First Time Cruiser: 50s
Would sail again!
We are new to cruising, so we don’t have much to compare to, but overall, we LOVED our cruise. The staff was very accommodating and Ocean Cay was AMAZING!! The water was the most beautiful blue and the beaches are so pristine. The food was very good, but some things were better than others. The pizza is a must. The soft serve ice cream is quite popular as well. We also really enjoyed all the variety on the buffet and the MDR. We are already considering sailing on the same ship again because we loved the service, Ocean Cay and the adults only Infinity Pool and hot tubs. It was so relaxing. We will probably do Aurea next time so we can take advantage of the anytime dining and access to the thermal spa, as well as the other amenities included. This cruise line offers so much for the value you receive. Highly recommend it!!

Back again on the Seashore.
This was our 15th MSC cruise and 4th on the Seashore. The service from the cabin steward, dining staff in the 5th Avenue Dining room, bar and lounge staff, and front desk was excellent. The overall experience with the crew in all areas of the ship was friendly and professional. The quality and portions of the food in the 5th Avenue dining room was very good. The buffet was good with plenty of options. The entertainment was excellent in the Cabaret venue aft part of the ship. The shows in the Theatre were done professionally with excellent singers and dancers. Management on the ship was accessible and friendly. We had a minor issue, and a senior staff officer personally took care of it promptly for us. MSC's private island of Ocean Cay is a nice stop on the itinerary. This cruise had an overnight stay on the island. The beaches and water around the island I feel are very nice. Disembarkation was pretty easy. We always have the ship take off our luggage and we are given an assembly place and time to wait for a crew member to walk us to where we disembark the ship. Overall, we had an excellent cruise on the Seashore.

Loved the cruise, will cruise again on MSC
cruised on Princess 3 months ago and cruised MSC now. What a difference, MSC was really a great experience for me and kids. There is a waterpark inside the ship as well. The food is much improved and great variety every day at the buffet The white party was icing on the cake and we just loved the "different kind " of party at the MSC. The DJ was awesome. We also attended a few shows at the theater and you have to make reservations ahead of time. The live music was outstanding. The Rooms are of decent size and we had a sofa bed instead of a pull down. The Airconditioner inside the room was outstanding, really kept it chilled cold. The only downside i saw was that they dont allow a bottle of wine per person and you cant get soda. The internet package - once you register a device you cannot switch it.
