2-5 Cruises: 40s
MSC Seaside Yacht Club Transatlantic cruise was A+
Some context 2nd cruise // couple 35-50 // inside room // Yacht Club // 2nd long 3 weeks+ cruise Service The service our butler Ari, room stewart Carlos, restaurant waiters Yvan and Benedict provided, was outstanding. Something you would expect/receive from a super 5* hotel (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental) or a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Also the waiters in the top sail lounge were excellent, they would come to you asking for your order within 30 seconds from you sitting down. The people at the bar of YC pool area were also amazing. Everyone treated us as royalty. It will be very hard to find service like this on any other (even ultra luxury) cruiseline. Cabin We selected the inside cabin, as it is quite large (226 sqft) on the Seaside, and the dark room helps us sleep well at night. (and ofc budget friendly) Dining Absolutely outstanding. Steaks, lamb and risotto were on point every single meal. Off-menu items were available, no effort or request was too much to ask from the cooking staff. Service Outstanding service, MSC personnel knows your name and will prepare what you usually drink upon your arrival. You really will use the drink package to the max. Embarkation / Disembarkation Embarkation went fast for us, however the new Miami cruise terminal process needs a lot of improvement. During the Disembarkation process we just waited in the top sail lounge, until our butler Ari called upon us and guided us passed everyone and we were outside in less than 3 minutes. Do not let the pre-cruise relatively high price distract you, MSC Yacht club offers great value as it includes 2 browse wifi devices pp, premium drink package, basically all specialty dining as you are eating in the top sail restaurant, a non-crowded pool space and bar WITH PLENTY of AVAILABLE comfortable lounge chairs, butler, a concierge service that will help you in 2 minutes without waiting, daily restocked mini-bar, top notch service, etc. Unsurprisingly we booked another Yacht Club Grand Voyage for 2026 ...

Msc Seaside
We just got back from our MSC Seaside cruise two weeks ago, and all I can say is that it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, especially for the price we paid—it was truly incredible. The food was outstanding, with a great selection of dishes and à la carte restaurant dinners that made every meal feel special. There was always something delicious to try, and the quality of the food was impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with housekeeping ensuring it was spotless every day. One of the highlights of the cruise was the variety of entertainment and activities. There were beautiful events happening all the time—daily theater shows, live concerts, and an incredible selection of music performances. Whether you wanted to enjoy a relaxing evening with live music or be amazed by a theater production, there was always something to do. The activities on board were diverse and fun, making it impossible to get bored. The staff on board were fantastic—so helpful, kind, and professional. They worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere, and the vibe of the entire cruise was just amazing. From the moment we boarded, we felt well taken care of, and the service throughout the trip was exceptional. Everything about this cruise was just wow! For this price, I honestly don’t understand why some people complain. We had such a great experience that I can’t wait for my next cruise with MSC. I highly recommend this cruise line to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation!

Great cruise, great value.
Our first MSC. I have been on more than 15 cruises. Lots of places for guests to be on the ship. Never felt too crowed. Staff were great. Easy to get a drink. Many bars. Sports bar was great. Only down fall compared to other cruise lines is the schedule dinning. Eating at 5:15pm made us have to cut our day short if we did not want to eat at the buffet. We lost a port for technical issues. They gave us a different port instead. This has never happened on other cruises we have lost days off the boat and never replaced. It is very unexpected. We were there for super bowl and they had the sports bar we'll organized. Offering people to buy seats to avoid people hanging out all day. Did not like how big the smoking areas were. They had 2 areas that were nice for thw smokers but limited some areas. Will go again.
