Edinburgh

Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland since 1437 is a huge city filled with beautiful sightseeing,amazing restaurants and a fantastic nightlife. Edinburgh is quite a compact city most of the main tourist sights and attractions are inside the old town of the city no more than a 15 minute walk apart.

Edinburgh Castle is located on one of the highest points in the city. The castle is home to the Edinburgh Tattoo.The castle has been in constant use for 1000 years and is fantastic condition. A great place to go while in Edinburgh is Castle Hill; the Camera Obscura focuses light from the top of the tower onto a large dish in a dark room below, allowing a 360 degree view of all of Edinburgh!
