Duncan and Sefton have been friends for a long time. Sefton who is an avid cruiser was always going on about how Duncan should go on a cruise. After five long years, Duncan finally caved in and decided to venture on his own to book a cruise.
After catastrophically stumbling at the first hurdle, he asked Sefton, "What
is going on here? This is impossible! How do you book a cruises? What's a
cabin? Is there a window? What is a balcony or a verandah?" It felt like
choice overload. It dawned on us, that if a forty-something tech nerd can't
book a cruise online, then there's a significant opportunity to impact
peoples cruise holidays, and drag the industry into the future.
"My Kind of Cruise" was born, first an app and now a website, engineered to
book a cruise in under 2 minutes, with no fuss. My kind of cruise brings
together an extensive, ever-growing, library of cruises lines, cruises and
adventures.
