Celebrity Cruises has announced the launch of Celebrity River Cruises, bringing their signature premium ocean cruising experience to Europe's most iconic rivers. The first sailings are set to begin in 2027, with bookings opening in 2025.

This new venture aims to offer intimate and immersive journeys through culturally rich and historically significant destinations. Guests can expect locally inspired cuisine, curated shore excursions, and personalized service, all delivered with "The Celebrity Way."

The initial fleet will consist of 10 specially designed ships that will navigate major European rivers, including the Danube, Rhine, Rhône, and Seine. These vessels will feature panoramic 360-degree views, allowing guests to take in the breathtaking landscapes along the waterways.

With river cruising growing in popularity for its in-depth exploration opportunities, Celebrity Cruises' expansion aligns with the increasing demand for luxury and experiential travel.
