The Peninsular Club is P&O Cruises’ loyalty and rewards programme for guests who regularly cruise with them. It offers a tiered system of benefits that increase with the number of nights spent on board. Membership is automatic once you have completed 15 nights on board, earning 150 points. Each night spent on board earns you 10 points, and as your points accumulate, you move up through the tiers, unlocking more exclusive benefits.

Joining the Peninsular Club provides a host of benefits that enhance your cruising experience:

- Exclusive discounts: Enjoy up to 10% discount on on-board spending in bars, shops, spas, salons, and shore excursions.

- Priority services: Benefit from priority check-in, boarding, and disembarkation, making your journey smoother and more convenient.

- Special events and gifts: Receive invitations to exclusive events on board, complimentary gifts, and a dedicated loyalty manager to assist you.

- Travel insurance discount: Access a 10% discount on bespoke P&O Cruises travel insurance.

- Exclusive cruise discounts: Get an additional 5% discount on selected cruises, available only to Peninsular Club members

Membership to the Peninsular Club is automatic once you have completed 15 nights on board P&O Cruises, earning 150 points. There is no need to apply; your membership will be activated, and you will start receiving benefits on your next cruise.

The Peninsular Club has six tiers, each offering increasing benefits:

- Pacific Tier (150-500 points): 5% on-board spend discount, exclusive cruise discounts, dedicated loyalty manager, and special gifts for guests under 17.

- Atlantic Tier (501-1,000 points): All Pacific benefits plus a 7.5% on-board spend discount, a lapel pin, and a complimentary glass of Champagne at a Sail Away Party.

- Mediterranean Tier (1,001-2,000 points): All Atlantic benefits plus an 8.5% on-board spend discount, invitations to cocktail parties on cruises of eight nights or more, and P&O Cruises slippers in your cabin.

- Caribbean Tier (2,001+ points): All Mediterranean benefits plus a 10% on-board spend discount, priority booking, annual gift, priority check-in, welcome reception, and a complimentary half bottle of Champagne.

- Baltic Tier (2,501+ points and 80-200 nights in the past 3 years): All Caribbean benefits plus priority to book preferred seats on flights for Caribbean fly-cruises, a senior officer-hosted fine dining event, and a 50% discount on machine-washable laundry.

- Ligurian Tier (2,501+ points and 201+ nights in the past 3 years): All Baltic benefits plus invitations to inaugural events, access to a hospitality lounge at embarkation, priority disembarkation, and complimentary formal attire pressing service.
