Celebrity is awesome, Tuscan Grille, not so much.
The cruise was awesome. Crew we pleasant, food was good for the most part. Tuscan grill was extremely disappointing. My appetiser didn't come until after my entree, I had to ask for it then. My steak was supposed to be a 12 oz ribeye medium rare. I think It was a 6 oz strip. I should have sent it back, that's on me. We didn't eat at any of the other dinning rooms. The buffet was the largest buffet I have ever seen on any cruise ship. They changed the menu daily so it wasn't the same everyday. The food on the buffet was really good and the variety was great. There is something for everyone. The ship size is perfect, not too big not too small. We didn't go to the show's so I can't speak to that. Overall, the cruise was awesome, we will be going on celebrity again.

Another great Celebrity cruise
This was our second time on Celebrity and it definitely won't be our last. Our first sailing was Silhouette, so this ship is very similar, and, in fact, we booked basically the same room, Sunset Concierge. While a bit of a walk to the elevator, the view is worth it to us! We didn't eat in the MDR, as we were a bit tired after being off the ship at port days, but we enjoyed both the buffet and the Mast Grill. We spent a good bit of time at the Sunset bar, it was so relaxing. We did some trivia and saw the comedian, who was pretty funny and worth seeing. We did our own thing in Key West and enjoyed a little bar hopping and lunch at Sloppy Joe's. Being a holiday weekend, it was pretty busy, but had a great time. We did a private tour in Bimini, which was nice, as it was our first time, but if we ever go back, we would just do a beach day at Radio Beach (Resort World seems overpriced) or stay on ship. There were more teenagers on this cruise, which ended up not being a big deal, but one reason we like Celebrity is to not see so many kids and teens. But, it was all fine. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing cruise. This ship doesn't have tons of entertainment as some larger ships we've sailed like Utopia or Allure on RCL, but the trade off is worth it to have a more laid back atmosphere and less children. We are already looking at options to book again. My only complaint was that 3 days wasn't long enough! :)

Great 1st Celebrity Cruise
After 10+ Royal Caribbean cruises, the new matching status program helped convince us to give Celebrity a try. Overall we had a great time. The food was a step up, especially the buffet, the entertainment was impressive, and the service was very friendly. As much as we enjoy the water slides and zip line on the Oasis ships, we didn't really miss them. We enjoyed the calmer and quieter vibe in the Reflection, including the ability to find a deck chair anytime we wanted! We also liked not having to make reservations for the entertainment and never having an issue finding a seat in the main theatre. There were a few minor issues. The gym has a lot of nice and well cared for equipment, but there was a definite lack of air conditioning that made working out uncomfortable. Also, the Celebrity store had little of interest and the advertised "mega-sale" was non-existent. So, while we will go on Royal Caribbean again, we will definitely do Celebrity again, particularly if they keep giving you ice cold towels when you come back tired and hot from excursions!

Excellent 8 days on Celebrity Reflection
My sister and I were in Aqua A1 cabin. It’s a regular cabin (with a great shower), but what we loved the most was the size of the balcony. There were two recliners with foot rests and a small table with plenty of extra space. It is the first cabin behind the spa. The location was perfect for us, easy access to the forward elevators and (dangerously?) close to the spa. It was just easy to add services when you were walking past the entrance daily multiple times. We found Blu’s food delicious and when we didn’t find the selection we wanted on the menu we ordered from the MDR menu. We ate in the Oceanview cafeteria several times and enjoyed the variety and quality. The only time we felt there were misses were at breakfast. Particularly the premade scrambled eggs had an odd consistency but everything else was good. We ate at Quisine and Tuscan Grill, both delicious and worth the money. We enjoyed several shop excursions, tours and mixology classes, and highly recommend those. Our shore excursions (3 Celebrity excursions) were very good, especially the two in Aruba. There were a few small negatives, dirty glasses not removed from our cabin a few times, one employee who was less than cordial in the casino and when we tried to go to Opus for dinner one night the greeter so strongly “suggested” that we go to our “special restaurant” that we ended up not eating at Opus. Non of those were big deals and the fact that they were so noticeable speaks to the excellent care and customer service we received.
