Wonderful cruise experience
Wonderful cruise departing from and returning to Barcelona with stops in five ports – Palma de Mallorca, Provence (Marseille), Florence (La Spezia), Rome (Civitavecchia), and Naples. Very pleased overall with the cruise on Allure of the Seas, our stateroom, dining (especially main dining room), service provided by our waiter (Iketut), assistant waiter (Nilesh) and stateroom attendant (I Gede). Service in the main dining room was excellent. Iketut and Nilesh were exceedingly pleasant and helpful, and very attentive – especially with our young grandson. Embarkation and disembarkation both went smoothly. Good shore excursion options were offered. Disappointed the excursion we had reserved in Florence was canceled several days before we left for the cruise, but booked another one near Cinque Terra that was wonderful. Four of our tour guides were very informative and did a great job. The fifth guide (on-board the bus) for our excursion in Rome was only mediocre; the local guide was good and informative. The staff members with whom we interacted were pleasant, professional and very helpful.

Allure of the Seas - A World of Wonder and Magic!
The Allure of the Seas is a beautiful ship! It was clean and I loved the art deco! All crew members were amazing!! Shoutout to my stateroom attendants were Jamal and then Budi, everyone should be so lucky. I enjoyed sitting in on karaoke, listening to bands, watching the very talented & funny juggler, the riveting aquatics performance and the hilarious comedians. Dinners and buffet were always very good! I went on excursions, learning history and seeing spectacular sights. I met people from around the world, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Guest, Services is a well run operation, the ship was clean and someone was always cleaning the surroundings, the excusion section was well set-up & easy to navigate, and there was always someone to help. The crew was professional, friendly and funny! I had a balcony which I enjoyed having coffee and watching the sea. Allure of the Seas is a well-run city!

Fantastic experience
Amazing cruise. The attention super profesional and friendly. My assistant from cabinet Mr Carlton were impressed by his kindness and dedication to his work, always attentive to what we needed and guiding us when we were lost. I recommend Allure of the seas 100%. The installations with the impresively luxury. The food was very varied and delicious. All the facilities were very nice and tasteful. The decorative works of art were very nice. I didn't have enough time to admire all the beauty of this ship. I never felt afraid even though I was terrified. I didn't feel dizzy or nauseous, which makes me want to come back without a doubt. The children have security in all the facilities and can enjoy themselves without any danger and I loved that. The only thing I should recommend is to make the departure from the terminal more viable. It took us 3 hours to get out because of the congestion but otherwise it was incredibly spectacular.
