Cruise fun with family

My children and grandson had an absolute blast on the ship! My son, along with his friends, totally owned the 15 to 17 lounge, hanging out together and making unforgettable memories. Meanwhile, my daughter and I embraced the fun at the club, enjoying a few delightful drinks and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. My kids checked out the kids' club but decided to explore other adventures; thankfully, the staff there was incredibly kind and sweet! As for my aunt, she hit the jackpot by gambling throughout the trip, coming away with some wins and loads of laughter! My cousins and her friends captured all the fun with loads of pictures, ensuring every moment was documented. We celebrated my cousin's birthday in style with a fabulous party of 20 people—what a fantastic gathering! Ida Bagus delivered outstanding service during my stay, consistently going above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. He paid close attention to our stateroom, ensuring we always had fresh towels and little extras that made a difference. Whether arranging our belongings neatly or checking in to see if we needed anything, his dedication was evident. His warm demeanor and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere for my family; for that, he deserves a perfect 10 stars in my book! And guess what? I’ve already planned another cruise for my boyfriend and a special one to celebrate our anniversary. Can't wait for the excitement to continue!

Avalon is the best choice!

This is our first riverboat cruise and our decision to choose Avalon was most brilliant! The ship is very precisely designed to maximize your vacation experience. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly. There were many options for meals, activities, and excursions. The regional cuisine and wines were excellent! The excursions were educational, and most were included in the price! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and explained the history of the area along with many interesting stories. This is a smaller cruise ship so they are able to accommodate special requests and are happy to provide specialized services to the extent they are able. The best part was waking up and looking out to see the amazing scenery passing by. We loved every minute of our holiday and made some wonderful new friends. This cruise was definitely worth the investment as it is an experience you will never forget!

Cruise of a lifetime!

Every encounter with every person every day, was beyond exceptional. I cant be thankful enough for everyone from the the great Cruise director Orlando Majik!!! Rona, Romel, Ayu, Michelle, Imam ! , Dan, JC! , LTC, the entire production team, Joseph in the gift shop, the photographers and aerial acrobats!!, Special shot out to the whole burgers in paradise crew. THANK YOU, GOD BLESS, LOVE YOU ALL! I was a first time cruiser and I dont think there is any other reason to try any other cruise line. It was the perfect balance of space on the ship, crew and passengers and never felt overwhelmed. I was overly pleased with everyone's attentiveness and attention to detail. Every services from every team on the ship was met with a warm smile and sincere connection. The live music, the food and all were exceptional but what really made the entire cruise was every individual I interacted with was warm and compassionate, the connections made in 4 days alone, makes me want to return just to see all the crew...The entertainment, the communication, all smooth sailing... I'm going to be sad when the word gets out, if it already isn't it !
