Virgin is the WAY to GO!
We had an amazing time and met the most amazing people we can now call friends. Atlantis never disappoints! Excellent entertainment lineup (one of our faves was the Latin Sunset trio!) The food at Virgin is like no other, and compared to Royal and Celebrity, it exceeded my expectations with the food variety and options. The room was spacious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to offer bottled water at the shop. I was told Virgin is plastic free, which I love, but the cruise water always makes me sick from the added chemicals. It is not the healthiest to consume, so having an option to have clean filtered purified water would give me experience 10/10. Overall, I will rate this trip a 8/10, as the pools were also very small compared to other ships, making the space more limited and cramped while trying to enjoy the sun in the pool.

We had a fantastic time on the Valiant Lady! The food was excellent wherever we had the chance to dine. I truly enjoyed Scarlett Night. My only suggestion is to have you guys bring back DJ Gilla. I’ve been on three Virgin Voyages cruises, and he is by far the best DJ that I’ve heard. the fitness room was great; there was enough resistance equipment for my to get all my workouts done. I also enjoyed the spa. We purchased the package that allowed you to experience the facilities: we used the sauna, the cold soak, the steam room, the room temperature pool, the hot tub, the salt room, and the mud bath. I also really enjoyed the use of the mobile app and the in-room tablet to schedule shows, and dining. Lastly, the staff was super sweet. People all over the ship were more than helpful, kind, and generally sweet.

My first Virgin Voyage - but not my last. I loved everything about this experience. After 49 years of cruising I thought it couldn't live up to the hype - but it does - it exceeds expectation. It went by all too fast. The food surpassed anything on land or sea - and not having an upcharge for excellence is bliss. The Virgin experience unfolds in a unique way - culminating in their poolside Scarlet Night - don't miss it! But wending its way into and out of Scarlet Night are a myriad of experience both public and private. My only slight disappointment was the Redemption Spa, which seemed off-Brand for Virgin. It was more like a spa on Celebrity or Princess. Some pro tips after my first sailing: 1. Book dining on the app as soon as it opens! Kick it off with dinner at Gumbae - which is all about sharing and drinking games and getting to know your table mates. 2. Pack Red! Everyone wears red - particularly on Scarlet Night - everyone! 3. Don't try to do everything - you can't. It's a busy ship. 4. Use the App on your phone - it does it all - and although it has blips and blops at times - the free wifi is very good! 5. Stay in the moment and have fun. Everyone smiles and greets you - it is a wonderful vibe. 6. Did I say have fun?
