Things to do
With a name derived from the Latin, "valere" (which means to be strong) our second lady ship calls Barcelona her home - setting sail through the Mediterranean in the summers and spending her winters down in the Caribbean.
The Manor
This kick ass, two story, two bar space, named after Richard's first recording studio, is inspired by the coolest clubs on land layered with a moody and sexy 70’s punk vibe. The Manor will host a ground-breaking, immersive dining entertainment experience, to kick the night off before it transitions into a mind-blowing, goodbye-early-morning-workout nightclub.
The Red Room
There’s a lot that’s special about The Red Room. It’s the first transformational theater at sea, featuring different modes which enable a variety of unique and engaging experiences.
Proscenium Mode: The most common theatre layout where Sailors won’t be more than 50 feet from the stage.
Alley Stage: Sailors face each other with the action separating them.
Flat Floor: With Sailors in the middle of the action with the show happening all around and direct access to a bar.
Dining Options
The Wake
The Wake brings a modern twist to the classic chophouses of the mid-20th century. Once you've made your way down the grand staircase, you'll enter a world that harks back to the old steakhouse, three-martini-lunch days of Madison Avenue ad men. But, thankfully, with gender equality now and, you know, no cigar smoke.
Pink Agave
Inspired by Mexico’s red-hot culture and sexy food scene, the experience at Pink Agave goes far beyond the usual taco. Shareable, social, and spicy — it transports you to the vibrant streets of Mexico City on an immersive odyssey of local cuisine. With the largest selection of tequila and mezcal at sea, and DJ beats to amp up the energy, we won’t judge if you order one of everything… and end up dancing on tables by the end of the night.

First time virgin voyage cruiser
This was my first virgin experience and it most definitely will not be my last. The food is truly the best food at sea with the amount of restaurants and eateries virgin has on board. From the pizza, to the galley, and into the restaurants there is something for everybody. I was pleasantly surprised by the steak at pink agave and the menu we had for test kitchen. The hidden gem of it all is the thermal suite. My partner and I opted to do the multi pass and it was the perfect start and end to our day or coming back from a port day. We met so many Incredible people on board and made some new friends. My only negative would be the pool space on board and the entertainment might not be for everyone but there was always something to do. I look forward to my next trip with virgin and will be thinking about the chicken from Gunbae until then and the best part, no KIDS.

First Cruise Ever!
This was my 1st cruise and it met all of my expectations, and in some cases exceeded! The cabin was very clean with a comfortable bed. Although the bathroom and shower were exceptionally small, it was doable without needing to shave or wash your feet. Our assigned housekeeper was stellar. She kept the cabin spotless and replenished. The gym had beautiful views and the workout classes were top notch, comparable to my luxury gym at home. There wasn't a real "swimming pool" on board the Valliant Lady, more like a shallow kiddie pool on a nicely equipped deck with bars and towels right outside the galley. The food from the galley was like an elevated food court. The options were endless and there wasn't a trash can in sight! You just leave everything on the table and the helpful staff kept the galley clean with tucked away garbage and supplies. The ports had plenty of free seating, restaurants and shopping. All in all, Virgin has set the bar extremely high and has made cruising a top vacation option for us. You simply can't beat no kids, crafted cocktails, exceptional food, beautiful views, and quality service. Amazing job!

Our First Time on Virgin but won't be Last Time!
This was our first cruise and WOW was it OUTSTANDING! Food, drinks, entertainment, no kids, no continued announcements, and a VERY clean ship throughout (restrooms, hallways, cabin = EVERYTHING)! The only things I would like to see added are minor details = benches throughout the entry process (its adults only so standing or sitting on the concrete for long periods of time Sucked), at karaoke -put a camera on the singer and have it show on the TV's throughout the bar so everyone can see who is singing (couldn't see anything in the back of the room), add large monitors around the pool - during sail away celebration and Scarlet Night we couldn't see the main ladies leading or the performers around the pool edge. Then they could play images during the other times or shots of people. We LOVED our week on the Valiant Lady and HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIRGIN VOYAGE!
