Will Definitely Return to Azura
Excellent throughout, exceptional staff!! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, housekeeping provided by Sally was top notch. We had one issue with noise in our cabin due to faulty machinery which was attended to and resolved quickly by the maintenance team thanks to our very pleasant floor manager on Deck 8. We hope to return to Azura our experience was fabulous we enjoyed everything on offer and felt it was good value for the amount we paid for the cruise. We found the ship to be extremely clean and well presented providing a very homely, comfortable experience which is always desired by us. We took some shore excursions and found them a little rushed for the price paid but you did get a glimpse of everything on offer and if desired can further explore the places on a land based holiday. We really enjoyed the food, it was fabulous!! I enjoyed one of the best fish dishes in the Glass house that I ever tasted. As land based hotel holiday veterans we don't enjoy shared dining with strangers but sometimes it was a struggle to avoid doing so but we mostly managed. The app for dining unless you joined early was slow for tables for two so we ended up eating in the buffet which was delicious and guaranteed no dining with strangers. If mixing with strangers at dinner appeals to you then there is no problem getting a table. We had a fantastic time...I think you should enjoy your experience on this cruise ship but unfortunately those who end up paying a premium price and then expect a five star hotel experience seems to be disappointed.

Just returned from 2 weeks med cruise on Azura. We were a bit sceptical about the amount of bad reviews but didn’t need to worry. Very clean and tidy ship, staff were so friendly and accommodating you wanted for nothing. Hygiene was paramount With hand washing facilities at the buffet restaurant and a member of staff With hand sanitiser stood at the entrance to the buffet. You had to sanitise on every occasion this included if you wanted to go up for seconds, dessert ect. Food was of a very high standard and even more exquisite on black tie nights. Dress code is enforced throughout but flip flops and shorts can be worn around the buffet restaurant as this seemed to have a more relaxed dress code With trainers of an evening if you wish. Entertainment was generally good with plenty of choice around the different areas of the ship. We always found something we liked. We spent a lot of time in the aitreium where you could relax after a hectic day on shore excursions. Loads of bars to choose from for whatever you want from a relaxed environment to a more party themed bar Azura has it all. The trips were well organised With the guides having very good knowledge of the country you visit. The speciality restaurants are well worth a visit. We did the glass house and the beach house. Both very good high quality service and food was very nice. Make sure you starve yourself for the beach house as the portions are huge. We didn’t have a drinks package as were not big drinkers and With the early rise for the excursions we didn’t want to be hung over. Drinks prices were reasonable With plenty of choice both spirits and beers, wines ect. All in all a very pleasant ship Well worth the money in my opinion. Loved every minute and would definitely book on Azura again in a heart beat.

Fantastic cruise, really enjoyed our holiday.
Hello, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent cruise with P & O. Our suitcases were taken care of at the Airport, and we're waiting at our cabin just after we arrived. The ship was clean and easy to navigate, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and very tasteful, there were shops available for daily essentials, the bars and restaurants were clean and staff were always at hand to provide drinks when required. The entertainment was very good, we mainly visited Brodie's and the Manhattan bars, we ate mainly in the Peninsula restaurant which we had no problem getting a table for two. Deck 15 was always busy with sunbathing and two pools, we always got a sunbed, but a lot of beds had towels on them but no sunbathers? Lifts available between all floors if required by persons with mobility issues or wheelchairs, enjoyed.
