What Were We Thinking of When We Designed the New Sun Princess? You.
We pondered everything, so you can feel the love on the cruise vacation of your dreams.

The Piazza
We know you enjoy sweeping views, so we built our Piazza in a sphere of glass.
See the World in a Whole New Light
It’s more than ocean vistas in every direction; it’s being immersed in the world around you like never before. The heartbeat of our ship, our Piazza may have been inspired by the town squares of Europe, but her evolution is out of this world.

The Dome
Get ready for the greatest entertainment under the Sun.
This glass-enclosed dome is multilevel AND multipurpose: pool by sunlight, stage for shows by starlight. It features acrobatic performances created in partnership with the renowned Cirque Éloize.
Dining Options

Horizons Dining Room
We know you love great food, so we’ve elevated our dining – three decks high.
When it came to our main dining room, we dreamed big...or should we say "tall"? Three stories, an elegant design, multi-course meals guests rave about and a different experience for each level.

The Sun Shines
Second time on the Sun and once again everything was wonderful in the service and accommodations departments. It's a top flight ship for those who like a classic cruise experience. We had the Premium package, so we only ate in the specialty restaurants this cruise. We felt there is no need to do the Umai Teppanyaki again. Show was too cheesy and actually annoying at times. Food was OK, so not worth a return visit. Sabatini's was OK, and even though this is a popular restaurant, we felt it fell below the mark. My pasta was overcooked and gummy. We have eaten here before on the Island Princess and didn't care much for it then either. We did the Crown Grill twice this trip and it was excellent. Britto was also very good. Bar was a snooze port, a por sub for Kotor. Messina was kind of boring too if you just walked around the town for the day. Corfu and Mykonos were lovely and definitely worth the visit.

10 Stars For The Sun Princess!
From the moment we set foot on the Sun Princess, we knew this was going to be a special trip, and it exceeded every single expectation we had. The ship itself is breathtaking, a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and modern style. Every corner sparkled, every space felt thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service? Simply the best we’ve ever experienced at sea. Our cabin steward was the definition of professional: hardworking, attentive, and always anticipating what we needed before we even asked. Our stateroom was spacious, spotless, and stocked with thoughtful touches like plush robes, comfy slippers, and even a stylish beach bag for our shore days. We were part of the Sanctuary Club, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer. Peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly well-run. Our server, affectionately nicknamed “Jo” by me, made us feel like VIPs every single day. Not only was he unfailingly pleasant, but he also remembered my favorite drink and would say it out loud before I could even order. That kind of personal attention is rare and unforgettable. The entire daily boarding and disembarking process was smooth and stress-free for almost every port. We never felt like we were wasting time in long lines, which meant more time enjoying the trip. We took several Princess-organized excursions, and each one was excellent: well-planned, well-executed, and worth every penny. Dining was a highlight. We gravitated toward the specialty restaurants, and each meal somehow outshone the one before. From presentation to flavor, every bite was a reminder of how much care goes into the Princess dining experience. The only small blemish on an otherwise perfect trip was our onboarding in Turkey. Our airport transfer made an unexpected stop to fill the van’s tires, and then passport control at the port was painfully slow. But this was entirely outside Princess’s control, and the captain even came on the loudspeaker to apologize for the delay. That transparency and communication kept us at ease. Throughout the cruise, we were always in the loop about daily events and activities, and at every turn, the crew impressed us. Whether it was a warm greeting in the hallway, a smile from the pool crew, or a friendly chat with a server, every interaction was genuine, helpful, and professional. In short, the Sun Princess delivered the kind of vacation memories we’ll treasure forever. Ten stars to the hardworking, cheerful, and dedicated crew members who made our trip unforgettable: from the food servers to the cabin staff, from the entertainment team to the embarkation crew. We cannot wait to sail again with our favorite cruise line. Thank you, Princess Cruises, for raising the bar yet again!

Don't listen to the negative reviews, great ship!
The ship is lovely, but it is completely different to any previous princess ships, which seems to upsetting people, but not us! The crew are fantastic, the food is really good and the entertainment too notch. Yes, the ship layout is a bit weird but you soon get used to it. The cabins are modern and spacious. We were told by some crew that princess is moving forward, understandably this means change which hasn't always sat well with the princess faithfull! However, we loved the ship. The crew go out of their way to make sure you're having a good time. There are some areas that seem to cause people to complain, one being the buffet. I would say that the lack of seating in the buffet is an issue, however you only need to walk 10 seconds towards the American diner and you'll always find a seat. They also serve you at the buffet, we prefer this as maintains good hygiene, we never waited to be served more that minute, take no notice of anyone complaining about being served in the buffet, it's just not an issue. More than previous princess ships we experienced lots of dance parties in the atrium and there seemed to be great music everywhere, don't go on this ship expecting a quiet evening. You can easily find a quieter bar or area as most action seemed to happen in the piazza. We loved the ship, take no notice of negative reviews, we realised very quickly that this ship is not for old school princess faithfull! This is a new concept that's gonna appeal to a different and a little younger crowd, I'd say sun princess is more aiming for 40-60 year olds.
