I Loved the Equinox!
My husband and I sailed with another couple (Celebrity newbies) on Equinox from Barcelona to Cadiz, Lisbon (overnight), Porto and Tangier, Morocco. The crew, overall, was amazing. You could not walk past any crew member without being acknowledged with a smile, nod and a good morning, afternoon,, evening. The ship was impeccably clean. Our stateroom steward in Concierge Class serviced our room multiple times a day, working around my crazy, unpredictable schedule, my husband and I adored Dewa, and we enjoyed our conversations with him. The entertainment was very good given the busy port schedule we had, though I do miss some of the big shows with singers/dancers/acrobatics, but I missed many activities because I had to work a 1-2 hours every day in afternoons. The Cruise Director and his staff were very energetic and engaged. The Bartenders was wonderful, I didn't felt "unseen" as often happens to me at a bar and this was universally true throughout the ship. The Martini Bar waiters were wonderful and worked very hard to sboth serve and entertain. There were servicers at the outdoor pools and Solarium pool as well. The casino was fairly quiet, which means it was not pumped full of guests sailing on casino promotions/free cruises, which I loved. I liked the slot machine options, which has not been the case on my recent cruises where the casinos seem to be changing to games that are unrecognizable to the less frequent players. The only slightly weak spot on this cruise was with My Time Dining. Our waiter and team with just a bit off and there were some misses in the service. Either they had too many tables to attend to or there were newer employees in training, which I think was the case. The food, overall was very good to excellent We also dined in Murano and Le Petit Chef and after a long day, tested out the Oceanview Cafe for dinner. Over the past 18 months, I've sailed on Reflection, Beyond, Summit and Silhouette so I have a pretty good grasp of the Celebrity product.

Best cruise ever of 19
Our 19th overall cruise, and 3rd with celebrity. Highly doubt wed ever go back to another line. with the exception of one disagreeable bartender at the pool bar, everything was absolutely perfect. From our room steward, Orlan, to our waiter, Ryan, we could not have asked for better service. Food was excellent all around. Main dining at dinner had excellent choices each night, with some often special surprises brought by Ryan to sample. Ocenview cafe always had a great selection, with different options each day. Most bars were excellent and made a great Mai Tai. We had our three kids along, ages 17 16 and 12. This was their second cruise and they loved every minute. Kids club was a must every day for our 12 year old. While we didn't take advantage much of the shows, the one we did see was excellent. Overall, this was our favorite cruise ever, and will be booking again with celebrity next year.

Celebrity the good and the bad
my husband and I found the staff to be incredible. They were always trying to be helpful. The food was horrible in the Tuscany Grill, but the major D and the manager of food and beverage trying to make it right, but they just couldn’t the meat that they used was ridiculous for the price that we paid. our room start cleaned our room twice a day one day I was feeling ill and he even came by to make sure that I was OK and that I didn’t need anything. He kept asking me if I wanted to have the room claimed and I told him no, but he was so accommodating. I couldn’t believe it The thing that we dislike, the most was the menu in the dining room. It was the same menu every night, so there was no variety in the way they cooked it the way they presented or the taste that you got only some nights it could be worse than it was the night before we had been on the beer beyond with Celebrity a few months before that and we found the same thing although the ship didn’t make you feel like it was large and that you were being Herban like cattle the menu never changed and you had to pay up charge to get into a restaurant with a different menu that is unacceptable to someone who travels a lot to go on a cruise and have to spend even more money to get a different menu is Ludacris
