There’s nothing more satisfying than a great slice of pizza — and Royal Caribbean has spent years perfecting the recipe at Sorrento’s. MENU HIGHLIGHTS
There’s no wrong way to do pizza at Sorrento’s — all the pies here are equally delicious. If you’re a traditionalist, go for a slice of classic cheese or Margherita, topped with sweet basil leaves. Want to spice things up? The pepperoni pie brings just the right amount of heat. If you’re craving something a little heartier, try the aptly-named Carnivore, which comes loaded with meat, or a slice of the sweet and smoky BBQ chicken pizza. For something totally out of the ordinary, don’t miss the Caribbean Dream. Sprinkled with bacon, pineapple and BBQ, every bite channels major island vibes.
PRO TIP
Sorrento’s is open late, which makes it one of the best spots for an after-hours bite.

Happy Cruisers on The Liberty
We had a fabulous cruise from start to finish. Embarkation was the easiest we hav3 ever experienced! Bayonne is a treat! Everyone welcoming and eager to help! The ship is older and smaller than we usually do, but it made everything easier, and hassle free. The entertainment was excellent and seating easy! Tami the cruise director was fun and worked tirelessly to provide terrific shows. There was even a veteran appreciation program in the promenade with a live band playing each service’s song. The parade on the lad5 day was beautifully done and the crew was right in step! The food in the Windjammer was fantastic. There was only about 30 min between breakfast and lunch, so you could eat whenever you wanted without a closed area! We enjoyed it so much, we ate the majority of our meals there. We did celebrate a birthday at chops grill, and it was so special! We all loved our steaks and all the sides were just as good! The deserts were all great. The NY cheesecake was my favorite! Our room attendant Rizal was probably the best one yet, even after 30 cruises. He promptly bright us our laundry and supplied hangers without us asking. Our room was spotless with plenty of towels etc. The crew was always helpful and went above and beyond. Any slight issue was resolved quickly. We all really enjoyed pickleball and some even did surf riding! Our ports were Boston, Maine, St John, and Halifax, and we really enjoyed them all. We would do this cruise again! !

Liberty of the Seas 9/13/25 - 5 Day to Bermuda
Just disembarked Liberty after a 5 day cruise to Bermuda out of Bayonne. Let me say my wife and I love the Freedom class ships and Liberty did not disappoint. Crew was great, food was great. Shows were very good. We love the Royal Promenade - specifically Sorrento’s. Love that Pizza! Always something going on the promenade - the birthday bash, Latin night, caribbean night, western night, a parade- there is always something to do. We had an Inside cabin - It was a little smaller than the inside cabin we had on Celebrity Eclipse in January, but it worked well for us. Just 1 floor from the end of the Promenade on deck 5 and just around the corner from the elevator to get to the pool decks and the Windjammer. Room was very quiet - we heard no noise at all. We have booked inside rooms the last 4 cruises as its all we really need - just a place to lay our heads. We always used to book balcony cabins and realized we really didnt sit on our balconies that much. We only ate in the MDR for lunch 1 day and it was very good. We typically eat all meals in the Windjammer the food there is very good - and we can eat and get back out and enjoy the ship. Overall the ship was very clean, yes she is showing her age a bit but it was nothing that would keep us from booking her again. I understand she may me getting a refurbishment - not sure if thats true or not so I appologize upfront if I am wrong there. Liberty seems to have something for everyone the sports deck with the water slides, flow rider and rock wall seemed quite busy so did the putt putt course. They said there were over 400 kids on our cruise but it really didnt seem like it. All in all Liberty is a great ship with a great crew. Bermuda was great as always - our 8th time there and we just can’t get enough. Now that all being said - my wife and I have a pretty laid back approach to cruises and vacations in general. We go super casual and try to detach a bit. No internet, no phone contact. Get away see someplace nice, relax read a good book and chill in the sun. Neither of us drink alchohol and we do not buy the drink package or do any of the additional dining venues. My wife loves her coffee so she did hit the Starbucks a few times. I will say the ice cream and the cupcakes on the promenade are quite good. Oh and the Popcorn in the theater and the ice cream shop is addictive! Liberty is a really nice ship - I think anyone can find something to do and enjoy on her.

Royal Caribbean is my favorite cruise line.
I’ve cruised on other cruise lines and Royal Caribbean is my favorite one. I recently sailed on the Liberty of the Seas and it was the most relaxing cruise I’ve been on. Embarkation was extremely smooth. There were no lines and no worries. Our cabin was ready as soon as we arrived onboard. I did not feel overwhelmed by the size of the cruise ship or the number of people onboard. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious. And I can’t say enough about the entertainment, it was fantastic. There was something for everyone. The casino was generous with winnings. However, those of us who are non-smokers had to endure the smell of cigarette smoke but that is the same with all cruise ships. Time went by so quickly and what seemed like a blink of the eye we were debarking. I look forward to my next cruise on Royal Caribbean.
