Then, choose from international entrees like Moroccan spiced ahi tuna served over mint couscous, sautéed spinach and tequila peppers with a cool yogurt vinaigrette. Or mojo-marinated bone-in pork loin paired with sweet potatoes, broccoli and a cumin-citrus reduction. Dessert is also worth getting excited about, with options like sweet cream-soaked tres leches, home-style carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and a light and fluffy Grand Marnier soufflé.

Enchantment of the Seas was an Enchantment!
Our 4-night cruise on *Enchantment of the Seas* was incredible! The relaxed atmosphere of the smaller ship made for a cozy, more laid-back vacation, allowing us to fully unwind. The staff was truly amazing—so attentive and friendly. The main dining room team remembered our favorites after just one night, which made the experience feel personal. We also dined at Chops, and it was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had! There were endless activities onboard (they even had archery). We didn't need all the new bells and whistles. This was the exact slow vacation we were looking for We stayed in a Sunset Jr. Suite, and the aft balcony views were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for watching the sunsets. Onboard, there were tons of activities, from trivia and song games to joining our first flash mob, which was such a fun highlight. The weather was beautiful, and though Cozumel was a bit too hot, we returned to the ship early and enjoyed quiet pools with frozen drinks. We’re already planning our next cruise on *Enchantment of the Seas*!

If you want relaxation, here it is.
Clearly, 1/2 of the people on the cruise live in Tampa and surrounding cities, having retired to Tampa or were born there. About 1/4 of the people are international (South America or Europe). The rest is a mix of people who live in the US elsewhere but were invited along by friends who live in Tampa. Adult crowd. Very few children because there is no waterslides, no mini golf. The Florida residents are long time cruisers and just get on a cruise for relaxation. The friends from other states are here to go to an excursion like swim with dolphins. Easy embark since there was only one ship in port. I heard there are other days when there are three ships in port. The ship is very clean, very friendly. If you just want to relax this is the cruise for you. Buy water on ship at Starbucks for $2

Just got back from a five night cruise on enchantment of the seas, this was of 5th cruise we've been on Princess Celebrity, and Royal. I read reviews before we left and had some reservations about this old ship. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. We opted for an ocean view room, first time we have taken a cruise without taking a suite with a balcony we never used the balcony so we thought we try an ocean view, it was small but fine. The service on this ship was probably the best we've ever experienced honestly just sit for 5 mins someone will come by and ask you if you need anything, and even if you do go to one of the many bars you won't wait long. We found no matter where we went there was always ample seats, theater, scooners Bolaros, spotlight lounge always plenty of staff on hand. The food was ok not the greatest, we tried Windjammer once for lunch we found it a little chaotic and tables needing cleaned, my advice go to my fair lady for breakfast and lunch, more civilized food brought to you starter main and desert. As for the ship we've been on The Ruby with Princess The Harmony of the Seas celebrity, and Enquinox again celebrity tbh this ship is older but I never really noticed a huge gulf in standards, lastly I loved this ship because no matter the time of day there was always tons of sun loungers, so sleep late without fear there will be no sun beds, not on this ship, staff 5 of out of 5 food 3.5 of out 5 ship loved it 5 out of 5
