You can also dial up your night with a glamorous champagne cocktail, topped with Domaine Chandon and sweetened with an Angostura-doused sugar cube. Or sip your way across the Caribbean with a Zacapa rum-spiked daiquiri, shaken hard and double-strained, or a classic Papa Doble, prepared with Bacardi Superior rum, lychee and grapefruit juice. If you’re a fan of the Tom Collins, you’ll find that, too — plus four additional versions that each spotlight a different spirit.

Want something a little more intense? You’ll love the Smokey Sunrise, which blends Del Maguey Vida mezcal agave nectar, orange juice and grenadine. If you’re a traditionalist, go for the Dark Cuba Libre, a simple yet delicious trio of Bacardi 8 rum, lime juice and Coke. Or mix things up with a bubbly Sombrero Cooler, made with silver tequila, orange juice, agave nectar and sparkling wine.

MENU HIGHLIGHTS
Many of the dishes on the Main Dining Room’s menu rotate each night, which means you could go an entire week without ever repeating a course. Every meal here begins with something delicious from the starters section of the menu — like savory duck terrine layered with apricot chutney on toasted sourdough bread, a flaky Vidalia onion tart baked with whipped eggs, cream, and smoked bacon, or spiced eggplant and Kalamata olive tartare prepared with red pepper hummus and served on crispy garlic bread. Then, choose from international entrees like Moroccan spiced ahi tuna served over mint couscous, sautéed spinach and tequila peppers with a cool yogurt vinaigrette. Or mojo-marinated bone-in pork loin paired with sweet potatoes, broccoli and a cumin-citrus reduction. Dessert is also worth getting excited about, with options like sweet cream-soaked tres leches, home-style carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and a light and fluffy Grand Marnier soufflé.

Food offerings may differ by ship and sailing.

The food in the Main Dining Room is complimentary, and you can order as many courses as you like.

Sorrento's Pizza
PIZZA WITH MORE PIZZAZZ
There’s nothing more satisfying than a great slice of pizza — and Royal Caribbean has spent years perfecting the recipe at Sorrento’s. MENU HIGHLIGHTS
There’s no wrong way to do pizza at Sorrento’s — all the pies here are equally delicious. If you’re a traditionalist, go for a slice of classic cheese or Margherita, topped with sweet basil leaves. Want to spice things up? The pepperoni pie brings just the right amount of heat. If you’re craving something a little heartier, try the aptly-named Carnivore, which comes loaded with meat, or a slice of the sweet and smoky BBQ chicken pizza. For something totally out of the ordinary, don’t miss the Caribbean Dream. Sprinkled with bacon, pineapple and BBQ, every bite channels major island vibes.
PRO TIP
Sorrento’s is open late, which makes it one of the best spots for an after-hours bite.

Amazing journey
i’ve worked in the travel industry for over 30 years. This is far beyond any service I’ve ever experienced. Viking did an amazing job from beginning to end. Will highly recommend traveling again. The small tours during the day were just enough they provided up-to-date itineraries the night before our journeys. I felt completely and totally safe.. The service was second to none during dining and cocktail hour. The ship was absolutely immaculate. The staff were amazing. I highly recommend Henry as a tour guide. He had options for everything that you were interested in doing outside the tour, the arrangements and all the hotels were well prepared. They were beautiful hotels. The bus ride in between to temples was perfectly temperature. Ayzed. They had cold water wipes everything that a person could possibly need during the journey they were mindful about dietary restrictions I do not eat seafood. Great trip!!!!!

A Lovely Vacation!
This was our third time on this specific ship. The size is perfect for us, not too big, not too small. Has lots to offer. The trip itinerary itself was amazing. Enjoyed all of the ports, and we had gorgeous weather. The staff on every Princess cruise we have ever been on (8 so far) have always been beyond pleasant, they are personable, friendly, helpful..... a total joy to spend time with. The ship offers many activities and options for all types of travelers. Whether you want to just hang out and relax with a good book somewhere, or spend time up on the Lido deck watching the entertainment provided by the staff or on the big screen. There is something for everyone. We are not Horizon Court fans so we do eat breakfast in the main dining room each morning - they are always delicious! And we do make dinner reservations as well - we enjoy having the same dining staff as we get to know them a bit more personally, where they are from, their family life... Would recommend a Princess Cruise vacation to anyone interested in cruising.

Wonderful
Having read some negative reviews I felt prepared for itinerary but not for the ship. How wrong were we. We are currently on this cruise embarking October 17 from Tokyo. Embarkation took five minutes maybe less. Many helpful supportive staff.guiding the process. The ship is beautifully refurbished, the cabin absolutely more than comfortable. Our cabin attendant Mistan could not do more. Housekeeping twice a day, with a very clean cabin. Buffet a cut above other cruise lines, far more staff ratio than other cruises. At dinner in the main dining room there was a small issue, by the time we had finished dinner this was resolved for the remainder of the cruise. Itinerary with only three sea days. I cannot understand the negative reviews or comments. Drinks were costly but we were lucky as we had a drinks package included in our purchase. Basic WiFi is as expected, and appears to be working.
