Amazing dining staff and amazing options
This was my first cruise ever. My husband and I were finally taking our honeymoon. We absolutely loved all the staff especially our dining staff for dinner. John Nyae Katana and Cyril Zondi were truly exceptional and made our vacation. We made it a point every night to go to dinner to see them because they were such a great part of the cruise. We would definitely recommend and go again! The only things that we had issues with were the buffet but simply because there were too many people at times but the people themselves were the issue not the staff in the buffet. Too many people who did not know manners and would jump and cut in front. Again not really something the ship themselves can fix. We also appreciated how clean everything was. They did a great job at trying to keep all the different areas of the ship cleaned and polished.

Disappointing Embarkation, Phenomenal Ship/Cruise
Just got off the Seascape and had a fantastic time! The ship is absolutely stunning and the staff does a great job keeping up with cleaning. Food was good: MDR very reliable, buffet is predictably busy but has a great selection, Butcher's Cut is top-notch, Hola! Tacos was eh and not worth the extra charge (although service was great). The casino team really made our trip enjoyable! Everyone was so friendly and always remembered our names. Embarkation left much to be desired. We arrived 20 minutes after our check in time due to traffic and were handed boarding card for group 18. They had just called group 23. We waited...and waited...and waited. Over 2 hours until group 18 was called. This was the most disappointing part of the trip (and a very different experience than we had on our first MSC cruise in March where we arrived an hour and a half early and was on the ship, Divina, within 10 minutes). Overall, we highly recommend the Seascape!

Trip of a lifetime!!
We absolutely loved our trip! We stayed in the MSC Yacht Club and it was amazing. The food, the service, the decor, the pool, room service, the private island, the theater, the yacht club dance party, and the spa were all amazing. We highly recommend Yacht Club. From the moment we arrived in the port, we were escorted from security to the lounge, greeted with drinks, set up with WiFi, and then taken to our suite. The butler service was unmatched- we were so blessed with Kier and Joseph. The yacht club pool area had delicious food and drinks along with cabanas and comfy pool chairs. Jayson was the man always providing us with pina coladas and kindness. Room service was quick and delicious. The private island on Ocean Cay was absolutely beautiful. We were escorted off the ship and provided transportation to the yacht club area with beach chairs and butler service. The food on the island was just as good as the ship. The Yacht Club Dining head waiter ensured that my allergy was taken care of every single meal. We also went shopping and to many other bars on the ship. We also got massages that were wonderful. I cannot recommend this experience more.
