The whole experience was perfect
We couldn’t be happier with our experience on the cruise . Our aurea suit cabin with a wrap around deck was the perfect size for my husband & I . Beautiful view . Our housekeeping was amazing he took care of us & kept our room spotless I didn’t write his name down but I hope he gets recognized for being an essential team member .The food was great loved the ice cream machine. The entertainment was great. The elevator wait times were long at certain times of the day/night but if that was the hardest part of the trip I’d say it was pretty perfect . All the staff on the whole ship was friendly & helpful the cleanliness was amazing . Our waiter at 5th avenue restaurant was exceptional. We will be using MSC SEASHORE again ! The bingo host was funny & loveable . We loved it

More than satisfied with our care
First-time cruisers sailed in an interior room in the Yacht Club. The service exceeded our expectations. The food at all venues within the Yacht Club was exceptional. The weakest food option was breakfast. Frozen waffles? They could do better. After the first morning, made-to-order omelets did the trick. The service was OUTSTANDING. Everywhere we went, we hear "good morning", "how has your day been?" or "What can I get for you?". Within the all-inclusive Yacht Club we were never asked to swipe our card/wrist band. There was always enough space to sit/lounge/eat at all times. No need to fight crowds. There were children in the Yacht Club area. They were all very well behaved. I will say, our Butler was just ok. As all others were exceptional, our Butler was a little bit of a let down. We can't wait to return for another MSC Yacht Club experience. Hopefully in a the next couple of years.

Surprisingly Great
I went into this cruise with pretty low expectations after reading lots of reviews. We decided to book anyway because of the low price. I tried to mentally prepare myself for bad food, bad shows, bad service, etc. I'm happy to report that the reality was very different than what I was expecting. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, albeit with a few suggestions MSC could implement to improve. Embarkation was easy. We entered most of our information online before the cruise, which really sped up the process. Their app could use some improvements, but it got the job done. The ship itself is beautiful and very clean. I am used to the layout of Royal Caribbean ships and this was very different. The design is more choppy, with more of an emphasis on small, tucked away spaces. The downside of this is that some locations are difficult to navigate. The upside is that lots of small venues helps to hide the actual number of people onboard. While initially confusing, I was able to find my way around after a few days. The design and decor is very modern and upscale. The ship never really felt that crowded despite being at max capacity. We always found chairs by the pool even on sea days. Our cabin was a balcony on deck 13. The cabin and bathroom's size seemed about average. The design was nice and there was lots of storage. I like that MSC lets you drop off your carry-on luggage even if the cabin is not ready. We did have a couple of issues we noticed- our safe did not work/gave an error message and one of the duvets was stained. We called guest services and they fixed both right away. The beds were firm but comfortable and the a/c worked well. The one area for improvement we noticed is that it seemed like there was a towel shortage on board. Some days we would receive a full set of towels for each person, another day we were missing hand towels, another day no washcloths. It seemed like this improved as the cruise went on. The cabins seemed like they were very well-insulated. We never heard anything from our noisy neighbors. The food was good and very comparable to other cruise lines. We enjoyed both the buffet and main dining room. One suggestion for MSC Seashore in the buffet- there were plenty of tables but getting them cleared of dirty dishes seemed to take some time. Having more staff in the buffet would help with availability of tables. The pizza was the best I've had on a cruise. The shows were excellent. They have a very talented cast and I liked that the shows were not dated like some on other cruise lines. You can tell that MSC has devoted a lot of resources to having good shows on this ship. The only show that was just ok was the comedian. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The dining room staff, bartenders, and entertainment staff were all great. No complaints or issues. Up-selling was pretty minimal. We were not hassled about dining, photos, etc. nearly as much as other cruise lines. A few suggestions for improvement- -I wish they would eliminate smoking in the casino like other lines have done. -Pool towels should be picked up at the pool or water park rather than delivered to your room. It's too hard to get towels replaced. -Signage on the ship needs to be better. If you're coming down the stairs, it's difficult to figure out what deck you're on. -Dress code enforcement needs to be consistent in the dining room. Rules shouldn't be selectively enforced. One last thing to note- several reviewers commented about purchasing drinks packages, excursions, etc. over the phone and then MSC had no record of it onboard. Make sure if you call MSC you get the official phone number from the website or you'll end up talking to a scammer! Search engines will give you scam phone numbers! It happened to us but we realized our mistake before any money was lost. Overall we were extremely satisfied with MSC and the Seashore. We will definitely sail with them again.
