All in all, a magical experience. The spirits on the ship where high, which made for a good atmosphere. I tend too like my alone time, so I recommend the Aurea package. The rooms are spacious and you can't beat the view from your private balcony, and if you are lucky too have Elifaz for your room steward, he makes your stay even more special. With the Aurea package, you can escape the busy atmosphere of the main deck, and just chill up on the upper deck. Very exclusive, and Gladstone and the guys treat you like royalty. On the main deck, you have people like Eduardo, who always have kind words and a smile for you, to make you feel right at home. Only one suggestion for a better adult experience... adult only pool time.

Exellent activities, dinning with options, services and cocktail bar, specially having a drink in Domore bar and vitamin bar. Highly impressed with bar service persons Don Indika and Asitha. Their welcoming smile and warm greetings make it as we are at home. Their expertise on making cocktail such as Pina Colado and fresh juice in vitamin bar makes me and my husband to join MSC on a cruise again. We in Australia enjoyed a totally different cruise experience with MSC in Greek island tour. The theater shows and singers were very good and the performers were very polite and friendly when we see them outside when not performing. House keeping was at the highest grade and friendly. Prompt reception service when we needed help on a a difficult situation or booking of guided a tour was very well organized. Well done your mentioned bar staff and all others working on Armonia.

Don't read the bad reviews!!!!

After reading the previous bad reviews I must admit I was very worried. Well, all I can say is as a family ranging from a 1 year old to a 70 year old, we have had an absolutely wonderful cruise. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and great at remembering your name and order. From the bar staff, table servers and room service. The food was lovely. Always plenty of choice, always hot and fresh and never a shortage of anything at all. We had no problems ordering drinks. Sometimes at theatre show times the bar was busy and there was a wait, but that is understandable. Gym was great and clean, spa great, entertainment 1st class. Free sunbed towels everyday. The only downside was lack of sunbeds on sea days due to some guests putting towels on and not using them. Apart from that we can't wait to come back.
