Fun time!
The ship was clean. The food was very good. The service was terrific, from room attendant to dining rm waiter and everyone working on the ship. The balcony room was kind of cozy for 4 ppl, but comfy enough. Shower was actually decent size, plenty of hot water and pressure. Vanity could use more shelves. Kids ages 9 and 12 had fun but could have had more activities for their age group. Maybe a poker room for kids, since they like card games? Maybe better options for kids to shop or grab a snack or bag of chips, etc.? We will prob take bigger ship next time for 7 nights. This is a good ship that's not too big, it goes under the Skyway bridge, and is very convenient to Tampa area. We will def return to Carnival in the future. This was our 3rd Carnival cruise, it did not disappoint.

Yacht Club delights
Absolutely first class from start to finish. Have read other reviews but this is mine. We were in Yacht Club with a duplex suite. Arrived in car park at 1120 in lounge on ship by 1145. You are treated as a VIP throughout. The ship is beautiful and well maintained. The suite was just as expected. A minor issue with the jacuzzi on balcony soon sorted. Our butler looked after us very well. Anything we needed, phoned him or left a note. Everywhere on the ship staff eager to please, had been trained very well. We had an electrical issue all over ship leaving one port, kept informed and was soon sorted. RESTAURANTS Top Lounge excellent. Menu changed every day, staff big smiles always. Nothing too much trouble. Good variety of food. Butchers Cut Great steaks, well cooked. Fish dishes also excellent. Can sit out in galleria people watching or inside. Indochine best for speciality restaurants we think. French/Vietnamese style. Awesome Saw the ABBA tribute show, well worth seeing. The comedian was very very funny. Will mostly appeal to British audiences. Music act “Christo” was so so good. Lots of genres. Very entertaining A brilliant cruise throughout

Cruise of a lifetime on the lovely Grand Princess
Had a great cruise! Found the same excellent level of service from Princess I have enjoyed, despite my last sailing being in Aug 2019. Yes the Grand is older, I encountered no issues with HVAC, plumbing, smells or flooding, she is still a beautiful vessel who will take you great places! We were gifted the best weather in Glacier Bay - where we saw 2 bears on the coast! And Ketchikan! I found the food plentiful in choice, and cooked extremely well. Loved dinners in the Main Dining Room, the International Cafe had my favourite breakfast the smoked salmon sandwich. The buffet had some great choices. Alfredo’s and the Salty Dog Gastro Pub pop up we’re both highlight meals for me! I love the pre and post cruise transfers to/from the airport and the service Princess offers. Cruise of a lifetime for me seeing bears, whales, porpoises, otters, eagles and the Northern Lights! I wrote a full review with pictures from my trip on the Princess boards.
