Exceptional
We had a great time. The crew is outstanding. We were very impressed with the cabin which is laid out in a way that maximizes space and has more storage space then we needed. The shows were excellent. We really enjoyed the Y2K Party, the Untitled Dance Something Party and of course Scarlet Night. The food was very good. Even the popcorn at the Social was exceptional (as were the cake pops) However, it was a 15 night cruise. Except for the Test Kitchen, the restaurants have limited menus. It would be nice if these menus changed a bit during the cruise. The entertainment was very good as was the crew. I never saw so many cruise members smiling before. We are Sapphire Cruisers on Norwegian and we appreciated the differences between the two lines. We weren't bombarded with appeals to attend this jewelry event or that art auction throughout the day. In fact there weren't any announcements at all throughout the day. We also liked many of the activities. The one thing I missed was an LGBT gathering. Every other cruise we've been on had one of those, and while this was the most LGBT friendly cruise ship I've ever been on, it would have been nice to have an easy way to meet our fellow queer cruisers. I highly recommend this ship.

Absolutely Amazing
I almost do not want to write this review so the secret doesn't slip out. This cruise was absolutely amazing. No children allowed. I mean I love kids but a cruise with no littles running around--awesome. Wi-fi was included. Gratuities were included. My favorite part? The dining. Michelin-starred chefs. So many different restaurants--all included. And we didn't have to sign up for a seating at the same time every night with the same group of people. My sole complaint was that at a couple of restaurants there was a wait, sometimes up to 15 minutes, even with a reservation. There was no formal night. Dress was come as you are. Ports were Puerta Plata in Dominican Republic, San Juan, St. Croix and Bimini. We enjoyed checking out all of them. Our room steward was so sweet and helpful. This cruise was everything a vacation should be. We put a deposit on our next cruise with Virgin!

Great Virgin Voyages cruise on Scarlet Lady
Wonderful trip starting with our travel agent, Shana Poppen with Marvelous Mouse Travels. She suggested it and booked it for us. Embarkation was so smooth and easy! All crew members and staff were so happy, positive and helpful. Awesome people. All food was excellent, we never had a bad meal and so many choices at all times of the day. So many activities to do all day long it seemed impossible to get to everything. Evening entertainment was unbelievable. Our cabin was great for the 2 of us. More storage than I expected, cleaned daily, balcony with very fun hammock. Only negative thing was a few stain spots on the carpet but otherwise very clean. Lots of bars and all with different vibes. Party all day bars and quiet, relaxing bars. They have whatever you want. Disembarkation was a breeze other than the long line but that was expected. All in all a great trip!
