Alchemy Bar
No magic spells are required to enjoy a cocktail creation at Alchemy Bar®, our unique vintage-themed cocktail "pharmacy" — all you need is a willingness to be surprised, to try something new. We’ve flipped through dusty old texts to uncover enticing combinations: select spirits, fresh juices, infused syrups, spices… and other tantalizing secrets performed before your very eyes by the true mix-masters: our bartenders. Choose a remedy from the menu, or let us prescribe you a custom elixir just for you, with or without alcohol.
Tip: Now you can sip without drinking! Wait, what? Alchemy Bar features seven classic cocktails hand-made with Lyre’s non-alcoholic spirits — all the goodness is in the mix, with none of the alcohol.

Atrium
Here’s where you come in! The Atrium — the entrance to the ship and to vacation itself — is your first impression of all the fun to come. We make sure that this, the very heart of the ship, screams “welcome aboard the fun!” With multi-level panoramic views, the Atrium gives you the perfect place to enjoy all the hustle and bustle. There’s always music playing here, whether it’s a live band or a party-pumping DJ, plus enjoy events throughout the day or a drink at the bar, anytime. This 360-degree funspot is also home to the Guest Services desk, the place you go if you have questions for one of our certified fun experts… about just about anything that’s on your mind.
Dining Options

Guy's Burger Joint
When we went looking for someone to help us grill up the best burgers at sea, we found just the guy. Carnival teamed up with best-selling author, restaurateur and Food Network personality Guy Fieri to bring all the authentic appeal of a roadside burger shack to Guy’s Burger Joint, the cool poolside spot for hot burgers and hand-cut fries. Try a fresh-off-the-grill burger Guy’s way, or take it off-road to our toppings bar and truly make it your own. And since Guy’s vision for burger perfection knows no borders, our Fun Italian Style ships each feature a Guy’s Burger Joint location that adds exclusive Italian flavors to the menu. (We’re talking a pepperoni pizza burger, plus the Super Melty Mootz, which comes smothered in — you guessed it — mootzarella cheese!)

BlueIguana Cantina
Nobody knows Mexican dining like a blue iguana. Well, our blue iguana, at least. That’s why it should come as no surprise that the BlueIguana Cantina™ features freshly made tacos and burritos stuffed specially for your enjoyment. Throw our homemade tortillas and salsa into the mix, and you have a casual dining experience that will make you say “mmmm” (which is actually Iguanese for “more, please”).

Great experience overall
Our experience aboard the Carnival Conquest Cruise Line was phenomenal! From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff we've ever encountered. Everyone—from the housekeeping team to the waitstaff—was incredibly friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The level of service made us feel truly valued and pampered throughout the entire trip. The food on board was a major highlight! Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to please every palate. Whether we were enjoying a gourmet dinner in the main dining room or grabbing a quick bite from the buffet, the quality and flavor were consistently outstanding. The ship itself was vibrant, clean, and full of fun activities and entertainment. We genuinely didn’t want the cruise to end! Carnival Conquest exceeded all our expectations and delivered a fantastic vacation experience. We can’t wait to sail with them again! Thank you!

Don’t buy the excursion trips waste of money
First foremost the crew was so polite and nice. Dinner was exceptional service food was pretty good. The buffet was excellent and the excursion were not worth the money. Blue Lagoon in Nassau was a 45 minute trip each way you only have 2.5 hours on the island. The rooms are in good condition the dinning rooms are beautiful. The adults pool needs a revamp it old and showing it’s age. The trip to freeport just stay in the boat it was disgustingly poor area. We did the pig tour it was fun and unique. I would not do it again. The buffet is exceptional and great. I’m not a cruise ship dream i don’t drink and eat a lot. The disbarment was a mess and un organized. The only issue we had was parking in a garage and arguing with people who thought we cut the line. I did a 5 day cruise probably better for three day cruises for me and a newer ship

First time with Carnival aboard the Conquest
I had such a wonderful cruise aboard the Carnival Conquest recently, that after savoring this voyage, would want to enjoy a repeat performance of the provided service, food quality and presentation, as well as onboard activities, but with alternative ports of call in the Bahamas and Caribbean. My stateroom attendant, Parwita, dutifully met me as I was unpacking to inquire of my needs, answer questions, and offer 24 hour service via ship's phone. The menu selections and variety, quality and preparation of food, and wine selection, was stunning. More importantly - I cruise a lot - and the dining room achieved a "Conquest" compared to all of my recent cruises for the past fourteen years aboard several companies' vessels. I commend Chef Emil's creativity and execution. Just as important is the dining room service staff, who were always professional, courteous, and attentive. The serving team of my table led by Lead Server June and his piloting the choreography of team servers Kent and Sheila, enhanced the dining experience. The theatre and entertainment talent was excellent, varied, and well supported by the technical staff. Cruise Director Savannah was funny, expressive, and entertainingly quite witty as she organized events. The ship's Captain and navigation crew kept us safe and comfortable, even after several hours of delay leaving Port Miami with an apparent testing of operational issues. The one odd observation was waking up at three in the morning that first night and realizing that we had made a circle around the compass over several hours with Miami still off our port beam to eventually assume a proper course to the Bahamian island of Eleuthra and some pleasant snorkeling at Princess Cay.
