Many of the dishes on the Main Dining Room’s menu rotate each night, which means you could go an entire week without ever repeating a course. Every meal here begins with something delicious from the starters section of the menu — like savoury duck terrine layered with apricot chutney on toasted sourdough bread, a flaky Vidalia onion tart baked with whipped eggs, cream, and smoked bacon, or spiced eggplant and Kalamata olive tartare prepared with red pepper hummus and served on crispy garlic bread. Then, choose from international entrees like Moroccan spiced ahi tuna served over mint couscous, sautéed spinach and tequila peppers with a cool yogurt vinaigrette. Or mojo-marinated bone-in pork loin paired with sweet potatoes, broccoli and a cumin-citrus reduction. Dessert is also worth getting excited about, with options like sweet cream-soaked tres leches, home-style carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, and a light and fluffy Grand Marnier soufflé.

Jewel of the Seas 2025
The staff went above and beyond requests that I made, and never said no to anything. I will cherish the way they made me feel forever and share my experience on this ship with everyone. Outstanding ship! My favorite on Royal Carribean so far! Entertainment, food, main dining, activities, shows and activities were all amazing! The hosts were fun, also the main dining staff went above and beyond. The staff attendant always handled all the requests and super friendly. The theme parties were so much fun and I enjoyed the theatre shows as well! I will cherish every moment I had on this ship and I recommend you go on Jewel of the Seas with your loved ones. It’s simply great! I can’t express it enough but my experience was 10/10 for everything. It’s their smaller ship but it definitely beats the other ships I’ve been on so far! Highly recommended!

This Jewel is a Smoky Topaz
Jewel was exceptional in 2022, I jumped on this cruise when I saw it. Ft. Lauderdale boarding was a breeze, crew was very welcoming. Food and service were as good as before. My cabin was spotless (I always sanitize my cabin myself) and in good condition. For peace of mind, I asked the steward for a sheet to cover the loveseat. I was concerned that the cabin wasn't very cool, but my steward had engineering adjust something in the hallway, and my a/c worked great thereafter. Jewel has a classic feel and spacious layout. Acres of glass, not walled-in like the large ships. What takes Jewel to the next level is the quality of the live musicians. The orchestra surely must be among the best at sea. Montero Duo, violin/guitar from Spain, best I have seen on any ship. The production City Of Dreams was solid with good vocals, energetic dancers, and elaborate sets. extremely over-amplified, painful at times. Besides the music, gazing at the ocean in peace with a cocktail and a book was the best stress-relief for me. It should be noted that the guest profile reflected the bargain fare. Many decent people, but frankly, some pure trash. Loud, profane, and inebriated. I am not sensitive to cigarette smoke, but if you are, Jewel may not be the ship for you. I may return soon, the music is that good, and the ship is so very comfortable.

Super fun family cruise
The whole trip was super fun and exciting from beginning to end. All the stops were awesome and the staff everywhere on the boat were super friendly and helpful. CocoCay was by far the best stop on the whole trip. The whole island is a dream paradise full of adventures. The drinks were great and all the kids were able to enjoy themselves in the various pools and activites that they have to offer. The food on the boat was divine and the large amount of options meant that even the picky eaters had something to enjoy. I want to especially give thanks to our head waiter, Augusto, and the staff from the main dining. They helped our big party of 9 everyday we were there with all the food and beverages and never let us down! The Orlando party was very pleased with everything and we wish the staff all the best on their future voyages.
