Main Dining fabulous
This was my second cruise ! It was a mother / daughter cruise . I just want to say our main dining was fabulous ! Our waiters were amazing names I’m bad at I wanna say Bernardo and Chris . They kept us laughing and very hydrated . On the buffet experience was fantastic and the cute little washy washy or no yummy yummy will forever be stuck in my head :) !! Our over all experience was great . We didn’t do any pool time or hot tub time it was just to crowded . But we were on deck for the belly flop contest absolutely hilarious . We played bingo but no luck . But it was fun ! We also gambled and won a little money that was nice ! We were on level 3 wasn’t bad at all ! Collin kept our room very nice and was there if we needed him . Thank you for the fantastic experience!!!

QM2 WOW! now I get why 'Cunarders' so dislike Anne
Bowled over by everything about the QM2. Amazing cruise. Relished every second aboard this statement classy, classic, stylish, high standard ship with a 'wow' factor on every deck! Interior decor is awe inspiring. The attention to detail beggars belief... Anne doesn't even rate a place at court in comparison... nothing wrong with a brash, brassy, in your face modern mass market ship but she could belong to any cruise line, as I said in my review of her, NOTHING indicated she was anything to do with Cunard in any way shape or form... having experienced the QM2 I fully understand now why our loyal 'Cunarder' friends are so upset by her. QM2 is totally Cunard at its best. Our cabin Queen's was spotlessly clean, large, light very comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated but served its purpose totally. Crew were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, all were very friendly, helpful and always cheerful. Numerous areas to sit and have peace and quiet if you wanted, lots of areas to mingle with fellow passengers as well. SO much to see around the ship. Spent ages reading as many of the wonderful panels on each floor detailing Cunard's history, QM2's story and lots more, never seen anything like it on any ship before and we've done 30 cruises with various cruise lines. Food was top notch. We enjoyed every meal we had, especially the rack of Dorset lamb, flambe at our table, never tasted such tender lamb in my life before! Presentation was spot on. Generous portions, dishes full of flavour....choice very wide and varied. It is so depressing that Anne, I refuse to call her a queen as she isn't at all! is the way carnival - who don't merit a capital c, see Cunard's future. We'll never see a ship like the QM2 again and everything Cunard has stood for for so long will soon be gone as carnival take her on the downward spiral towards over crammed, middle to low standard mass market cruising which is their default level.

A Brilliant Time!
This review is of our voyage on the inaugural sailing of Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady roundtrip to Bermuda from NYC. This trip was our fourth voyage and arguably our best yet! As someone with mobility issues I am always a bit hesitant when traveling especially cruising but not with Virgin Voyages! Prior to our voyage I reached out to Virgin’s Accessibility team and they got me squared away in an accessible room which by itself is something I am eternally grateful for. That was just the beginning! At the port in NYC Virgin Voyages staff quickly got me situated with a wheelchair to get on board to be treated to a incredible experience! The crew are AMAZING! The second we got on board we were greeted with an excitement you want to see when you embark on a vacation. When we went to the Galley we are greeted and taken care of by some of kindest people I have ever encountered on any vacation and it is sincere! The last evening we were lucky to get to speak with Nelson the Quick Eats Manager and we instantly saw why! His coaching of his staff combined with his sincere attitude towards the guest is not only appreciated & valued, it is shared by his colleagues. In fact every encounter with the crew was wonderful! Special shout outs to: - [ ] Up with a Twist: Vanessa & Anak - [ ] The Galley: Theia & Marie, Ivana and the entire Galley Crew! Nelson is a Great Manager!! - [ ] The Room Attendants for our room! They were on top of everything! If I could make one suggestion, give the room attendants business cards so we can have them and really get to know their names (I am terrible with names sometimes) You all made our voyage extra special and we look forward to our next trip. With all that said I believe Virgin Voyages as a company has nailed it on how to maintain a welcoming & inclusive environment! Other companies would do well to try to emulate their methods from hiring all the way to supportive work environments!
