Things to do
With a name derived from the Latin, "valere" (which means to be strong) our second lady ship calls Barcelona her home - setting sail through the Mediterranean in the summers and spending her winters down in the Caribbean.

The Manor
This kick ass, two story, two bar space, named after Richard's first recording studio, is inspired by the coolest clubs on land layered with a moody and sexy 70’s punk vibe. The Manor will host a ground-breaking, immersive dining entertainment experience, to kick the night off before it transitions into a mind-blowing, goodbye-early-morning-workout nightclub.

The Red Room
There’s a lot that’s special about The Red Room. It’s the first transformational theater at sea, featuring different modes which enable a variety of unique and engaging experiences.
Proscenium Mode: The most common theatre layout where Sailors won’t be more than 50 feet from the stage.
Alley Stage: Sailors face each other with the action separating them.
Flat Floor: With Sailors in the middle of the action with the show happening all around and direct access to a bar.
Dining Options

The Wake
The Wake brings a modern twist to the classic chophouses of the mid-20th century. Once you've made your way down the grand staircase, you'll enter a world that harks back to the old steakhouse, three-martini-lunch days of Madison Avenue ad men. But, thankfully, with gender equality now and, you know, no cigar smoke.

Pink Agave
Inspired by Mexico’s red-hot culture and sexy food scene, the experience at Pink Agave goes far beyond the usual taco. Shareable, social, and spicy — it transports you to the vibrant streets of Mexico City on an immersive odyssey of local cuisine. With the largest selection of tequila and mezcal at sea, and DJ beats to amp up the energy, we won’t judge if you order one of everything… and end up dancing on tables by the end of the night.

Perfect vacation with Virgin.
Embarkation will be a breeze if you just arrive at your designated time. We went straight in without having to line up and wait outside. A employee noticed my husband having trouble walking and led us straight to priority boarding and we were able to get onto the ship quickly. That meant more to us than you can imagined. The bracelet that lets you into the room and purchase items worked perfect and was so much easier than trying to keep up with a card. Our balcony room was spacious, ac worked perfect and I enjoyed the hammock way more than I thought I would. I really liked that they had a rain head and handheld shower head. We went during Halloween and was thrilled with how many people participated by dressing up. The entertainment on the ship was fantastic. So funny and so different from the other cruises. Everyone we encountered was laid back and super nice, such a great vibe onboard. The food was amazing! It’s crazy that I got to order filet mignon and that’s included with your cruise!!!! So many different places to eat that is all included. We went through the menus and decided to book our reservations for dinner before we boarded. That worked perfect and I suggest you do the same. No issues with having to wait and find food for dinner. The only thing I would change would be the pool area. . It was a little small and kinda lack luster. They do have fantastic cushioned areas to lay out on though. We left our suitcases out the night before and booked breakfast in the wake for our last morning. One last delicious meal with ease and comfort. We chose a late disembarkation time and was off the ship easily and at the airport way earlier than needed for our flight. I do suggest forgoing Uber and booking their transportation because it took a long time for our driver to get there due to high volume! We will definitely go again and would love to do another Halloween trip. We had a blast!

Perfect Gen X, Gen Z cruise
Exceeded my expectations onboard restaurant food, friendly service and how everything is designed. Pastry chef deserves a major kudos. My top 2 favorite restaurants were The Wake and Extra Virgin. As a foodie I really wanted to like the Test Kitchen and it was a miss. Tacos and ramen are amazing options but can you extend hours til dinner please? Late night pizza was superb. Surprisingly alcoholic drinks were cheaper than my local(DC area) restaurants and tip was included. The a capella group(The magnets) was fun and the drag was definitely cheeky. We were a group of 19 and was a perfect vacation and would highly recommend to other first time cruisers. One major negative: customer service via phone. Almost incomprehensible and incompetent. Planning a group trip via phone was absolutely nightmares and sometimes over an hour to fix simple task. Spend little more money and US based customer service!

Elevated cruising for grown ups only
The food is amazing, choices for the carnivores, vegetarians and vegans at every meal at every restaurant. Entertainment everywhere, whether you are looking for relaxed and chill vibe or a party atmosphere. You can not miss the scarlet night - wear red! The Bimini beach comes with fully staffed bars, showers, changing areas and tons of lounge chairs with umbrellas. The no kids is just the icing on the cake. The staff go over the top in every way possible. Rooms are immaculate and good size for a cruise ship. Make your restaurant reservations early, if you change your mind, they are a accommodating as possible with walk-ups. The casino is fun with slots and table games. One of the sailors won over $100,000 on our cruise, someone else won over $20,000. Take some extra cash to have him. The only downside, the pool is small and got a little crowded but there were still lounge chairs available.
