Educational days thru the Panama Canal.
The friendliest crew ever. Every crew member from Captain to the cleaning help were smiling and greeted every one and were so helpful to find areas on the ship. The medallions were the best tool ever. It opened doors, helped to find your shipmates, whether they were somewhere on the ship and located them not only to the deck they were on but to their exact position. The entertainment in the atrium was great. Some classical, (2 female violinists) some country, and lots of interaction with the top crew members with fun and entertaining games with willing passengers. The buffet was different every day. A favorite for breakfast and lunch. We had early seating in the dining room and that was varied every evening and many choices for starters, main courses and dessert. There were many specialty restaurants, but we never did go as there were plenty of good choices in the main dining room. We only ate breakfast twice in the main dining room as we loved the variety of fruits in/on the buffet. It is an older ship but our steward was able to correct small issues that needed attention, and very quickly. If I had one small negative, for me, was that the people on board were the older set and several nights it was way too loud and of the Mo Town variety. Great for tje 30-50 set. But noticed lots of older folks walked out . Most of the evening shows were great. All of the entertainment had great singers but not my type of music for the older folks that this 16 day cruise catered to.

Best Cruise Ever
We were back on Princess Cruise line after many years on Norwegian and after this experience we definitely will be changing over to Princess. The entertainment was very good, from very funny comedians, including Carlos Oscar, guest singers, including one of the Gatlin (Don)Brothers, Willis White(Lionel Riches) a live band, & fabulous shows by the Production cast. Don’t miss the shows! Some nights we were rushing from one show to the next one. We ate mostly in the Bordeaux Dining Rm, where Nick & Andrea took excellent care of us. Food was good, my fav was the salmon & key lime pie. Our table mates also raved about the seafood. The Salty Dog by the pool has excellent hamburgers along with the pizza place. The buffet was just ok, however it was always busy. I ordered one of the ice cream sundies at the ice cream bar & it was HUGE, so it was my lunch. We had coffee delivered to our room each morning, it is very strong so we added a pot of hot water later on. The coffee shop on the 6 th floor was very good & has breakfast sandwiches, small lunch items along with pastries. After a day on the beach, I stopped by and got a small cheeseburger pie, and it was delicious! Also the chicken pot pie was great too, just the right size for lunch. Richard took excellent care of our room (we had a mini suite, portside on 10. Very nice, plenty of closet space, and even had a bathtub. Loved sitting on our deck reading, sunning, & even saw a pod of spinner dolphins one day. Fernando, the cruise director is very entertaining. We are not into game shows but they were always packed. All in all one of our favorite cruises!

Everything was perfect and outstanding except
Compareed to the another, we have been on this ship is in a league of its own. The staff , the decor , the quality of food . And the way the staff bought everyone together during the Christmas celebrations. We had an awesome cruise on the Coral princess. The entertainment director amazing. Leo the floor manager at one of the restaurant excellent service. The casino manager an absolute pig.He verbally aroused a staff member infront of every one in the gaming floor. I made a complaint to this day no response disgusting. I would have thought of this calblire would investigate or look at the video footage as I stated to verify my story. As such I am not booking anymore trips until this is resolved. This was truly the best cruise except for the above experience has left a bad taste in my mouth .
